Advanced Construction Services, Heating & Air Conditioning founder and general manager Jeff Rau recognized a need for quality service and installations in the Tri-Cities. Starting in 1992 Jeff opened Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning, the rest is history. The name was changed in 1998 to better reflect all of the services that Jeff provided. Advanced Construction Services has grown from a 1 man part time repair service to a full time, full service, comfort specialty provider. In our showroom, located on the corner of Edison and Metaline in Kennewick, we have operating displays of the latest in Heat Pump technology including a zone system that can greatly increase your homes comfort. Gas furnaces, air conditioners, unit heaters for your garage, whole house instant hot water systems, Hydrotech water purification systems (water softeners, reverse osmosis and UV whole house filter/sterilizer), wood and gas stoves, gas fireplaces and more!
